Collaboration with Neeley School of Business at TCU and the Department of Computer Science
Last fall I was asked to participate in a collaboration with a group of departments at TCU to work with real live clients. I was paired with a fellow graphic design student, Caroline Fischer, and we were assigned to work with Mercy Clinic a local health clinic. This client was a dream because they knew what they wanted but also were very flexible with our opinions as designers. We made sure to keep some of the original branding, such as the green tone, but push the envelope beyond the slightly frightening script typefaces. The challenge was to create new and refined brand standards and an app to enforce productive organization with their volunteer force.
